By accessing this website or engaging Branzit's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Branzit provides digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO, AIO, GEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing and app store optimization. The specific scope of services for each client is outlined in a separate proposal or agreement.
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely access to necessary accounts and assets, and reasonable feedback needed for us to deliver services effectively.
Payment terms, including fees and billing cycles, will be specified in your individual service agreement. Late payments may result in a pause of active services.
While we work diligently to achieve strong results, digital marketing outcomes such as search rankings, ad performance and traffic growth depend on factors outside our direct control, including platform algorithm changes. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes.
Content, strategies and materials created by Branzit for a client become the property of that client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Branzit retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the individual service agreement. We do not require long-term lock-in contracts by default.
Branzit is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
